Use gravity Forms with Js Help Desk

I am using a gravity forms form to be able to create the fields for a warranty claim, my question is that once the gravity forms form is saved, there is a way through hooks to save part of the information such as contact information and you base on the fields of your plugin to create the ticket in js help desk and the rest of the information would be taken from gravity forms?
