Use form builder as a spreadsheet generator?

So I’m looking to create a form that can generate a spreadsheet or any document really, that sums up all entries to that form.

All it’s really going to do is just count votes, and/or total up all selections on the form for an easy summary.

Is this possible? Thanks for your time.
