Use Flat Rate until Free Shipping Qualifies

    I’ve set up 2 shipping zones for the US. The first zone uses a flat rate shipping cost the second zone offers free shipping for orders over $25. I’m having trouble utilizing both zones. When I have the flat rate zone first in the zone order shipping is always $4.99 and free shipping never kicks in. When the free shipping zone is first in the order the message “Shipping is not availble” if the order is under $25.

    I’m thinking this should be easy and I’m just missing something somewhere.

    I figured this out…all you need to do is add the multiple shipping methods to the same zone.
