Use Featured Image on pages header

Pretty much what the titles says… if no image for the header is selected the header goes blank. It would be nice to be able to have the featured image of the post/page show instead of the options given by the theme.

Having the same image for each page is boring and using random images just doesn’t cut it for me.

Any way I can accomplish this?
