Use existing sidebar which only displays on the posts page, for all pages?

Hi,

Im using a theme called So There which was purchased from Ello Theme’s.
It has a nice sidebar that only displays on the posts page and doesn’t display on any regular pages. What can i change in the code to allow it to display on all pages? The website is http://www.IamPersonallyYours.com (its being built for a friend… don’t ask.
