Can I use my own icon, within another plugin, and pop-up chat box with a custom link, js or otherwise?

Hi there, currently it’s not possible to change the widget icon. You can use a custom link to pop-up the chat window – take a look here: https://codepen.io/collection/DrmKWQ/
