Use category color variables elsewhere on the same page as calendar

    Id like to use the category colors variables elsewhere on the same page as calendar. However they seem to not be set when I try and use them with in some custom HTML on the same page. Is this the case or am I doing something wrong ?

    I could have sworn I’d already answered this, but…apparently not!

    The My Calendar variables are scoped to only apply inside .mc-main, .mc-event, .my-calendar-modal, .my-calendar-modal-overlay, and .mc-event-list.

    I’m reconsidering that decision, because it does limit the ability to use the variables without creating other impacts on your site design and display, and the variables themselves are already prefixed to make a collision extremely unlikely.
