Use browser nag in theme.

Hi Im trying to use the browser nag ( as seen as a widget in the admin panel ) in my theme – basically copying over the functions and then calling wp_dashboard_browser_nag(); at the end. So far, it returns the correct message reliant to the browser though isnt preforming the version check.

If some one could help me sort it out, would be amazing to get my users ‘up to date’ 😀
