use authenticated users info, and don't allow them to change

If a user is authenticated, I want to pre-populate their info for username/email/etc, but I do not want them to be able to change this data.
I read the post http://contactform7.com/setting-default-values-to-the-logged-in-user/
and I can pre-populate the form fields, but users can change them. How do I prevent users from changing this data?
