Use as report only, for now – no emails to be sent

    Hi I am looking just to have an abandoned cart report for now – I dont want to send any emails to anyone presently. Can you advise, is it possible to disable the automated email and just use the plugin manually ?

    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible in our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin to send a manual email to the customers.

    For the Active email template, our plugin will send automatic Abandoned Cart reminder email to the customers.

    But I would like to share with you that the same feature we have provided in the Abandoned Cart Pro plugin. We have included “Send Custom Email” option at Admin side for each abandoned cart users. So admin can send a manual email to the email address of customers. Also, the option is available in the bulk action. So you can send custom email to multiple customers together.

    Hi

    I think perhaps I wasnt clear. I want to disable your Abandoned Cart plugin from sending any emails ever. Are you saying, if I dont activate an email template, then no emails will be sent ? ( I just want to use your plugin for my own information as a report)

    Yes, if you will not activate an email template then our plugin will not send an automatic abandoned cart reminder email to the customers.
