Hi, I have your great plugin installed on our shop page. Previously, we designed the emails from WooCommerce with the plugin “WooCommerce Email Customizer with Drag and Drop Email Builder” (by https://www.flycart.org/). Everything is finished and should also be used for communication with customers. In your plugin we have now set everything. Also, the new status for orders “shipped” and also assigned the mail event. Is there a code or shortcode that we can integrate into our template without going deep into programming? If any further information is needed I can submit this. I thank you in advance for the help. Greetings, Alex

    Hi, thanks!
The Shipped is only rename of the completed order status (and email)
We are compatible with “WooCommerce Email Customizer with Drag and Drop Email Builder” – you will just not see the tracking info in this plugin designer but you should see it in the email sent. run a test and let me know.
Make sure the tracking is enabled for the completed order status in our plugin settings.
let me know if it worked
    Thanks

Hi, unfortunately it does not work. I get the standard WooCommerce mail in the classic layout when triggering the email – no matter what I set in the editor. Here is the tracking information included, but not in the look as I have set in the e-mail editor. It almost seems like he completely ignores this attitude. I also tried it on a new instance of WordPress (because I thought maybe I experimented too much) but there was the same problem as well. It’s weird … but I’m not the expert in these tools, maybe you have an idea. Thank you .. Best Regards Alex

Hi, I checked now, the completed (shipped) status emails are sent and display the tracking info with WooCommerce Email Customizer with Drag and Drop plugin
In order to design the tracking info, you can go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Tracking info designer.
it might be configuration issue, or that there is a conflict with other plugin or that some of your plugins or WP are not updated. If you need further support with the emails sent by the email customizer, i would recommend contacting the Email Customizer plugin developer, its a premium plugin and they should provide you with support.
    Thanks.
