use $_GET to set input value?

Hi There,
Is it possible anywhere (in the free or paid version) to set the value of an input using PHP?Ideally, I’d like to use a $_GET variable to predetermine an input value based on the page a user came from.
It’s a nice looking form setup. Please let me know!
