Use 2 diferents style.css

Sorry for my english im from spain. I just modified my website and in opera and firefox is working great but i cannot make it work in IE. There is any way to the website detect wich browser is using atm and change to the correct style.css . I need something but without writing http.con or php.ini because i dont have acces to them.
