USD to INR

I am using base currency as USD as I want to use paypal. But I also want to use Payumoney. If I set currency to USD Payumoney will not accept it and if I set it to INR paypal wont accept it. Are there any hooks that I can use to convert USD to INR on the fly and submit it to Payumoney Args? There is no need for the converted currency to be displayed on woocommerce products page. Just want that payments should be through both the gateways smoothly
