usage restriction is not working

hi , when i create a coupon and use the usage restriction allowed emails
and apply it for one email only , the coupon is available for all users like the usage restriction is not applied ..
how can i fix this issue ?

Hey there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you also send screenshots of your coupon settings? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your response. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Hi @raghadmadwar,

Those screenshots are helpful. It looks like you’ve set the coupon up just right and it should only apply to the user logged in with that email address.

I wasn’t able to test this as it looks like you’ve deleted the TEST1 coupon from the site.

You’ll want to recreate this to enable folks test what’s going on.
