USA Region shows another regions

Thanks for your plugin, it’s great.
I have an issue creating a map with USA region. I have selected the USA-low (recomended) map. I have a Middle East region created and this is showing when I select the USA region (both are showing USA and Middle-East at the same time). How can I hide the Middle East region and show only USA region (when USA is selected)?
