URLs with query parameters don’t get redirected.

I have a page which I need to redirect to another page when a specific query parameter is added to the URL.
When I configure a default 301 redirect as a plain text URL I am seeing this error:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NzlSLcPhpi16xhwwSmGs2K85wL8X8u_h/view?usp=sharingThis is how the redirect is configured:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QFVs88Re7UopBbfpHTwdKVeZy18Xr9gG/view?usp=sharingWhen I tried to set up the same redirect with Yoast SEO plugin it worked well.
Is this a plugin bug?`
