urls to links plugin?

I’m running a Prologue install for my group at work and some folks are coming to it with expectations trained by Twitter. In particular, they want to paste in URLs and have them automatically made live without having to enter any HTML.

I did a search for plugins that do this, but didn’t have any luck. Do you folks know a way to make this happen?
