    Hi. I’ve installed your plugin and allowed for woo-commerce to have the links set

    What I can see is that indeed pages are created my tickets etc.
    the path to the urls are mydomain.com/my-tickets

    but when I am as a user in the account setting I see the url as mydomain.com/my-account/my-tickets . Causing ofcourse that the url is not found.

    Which leaves me baffled why, and would kindly like to request where to change that.

    Hi:

    When you open up the MY TICKETS page in wp-admin and view the slug (just under the title), what does it show?

    the pages in wp-admin state: mydomain.com/my-tickets & /mydomain.com/support as slug

    In the My account section on the front end when a user is logged in the

    Submit a new ticket leads to: mydomain.com/my-account/support
    and
    My tickets leads to mydomain.com/my-account/my-tickets

    I do not see the option to change that.
    I made sure to double check the pages in General tab of your plugin

    Ticket Submission & My Tickets
    Both pages do exist and are set, however when a customer logs in
    the urls that come with this account page such as downloads, orders, etc do have these two pages, but the url is incorrect as stated above.

    Hi:

    Do you have WOOCOMMERCE installed by any chance?

    If not, lets see if another plugin might be interferring with your URLS. Can you backup your site and then disable all other plugins besides Awesome Support? Then check things on the front-end.

    Also, check your URL settings in the WordPress PERMALINKS screen.

    Yes WooCommerce is installed and running. I’ll do the suggestions on Monday and will get back at you.

    Hi:

    Then chances are WC is involved the URL change/rewrite. What does your permalinks page show – can you link to a screenshot of it?

    Sorry for the late reply I was out for a couple of days.

    The URL for submit a ticket in my account dashboard logged in as a customer
    are.
    All common links are working fine: dashboard, orders, downloads payment methods
    To submit a ticket: url => myurl.com/my-account/0
    where it should be : myurl.com/submit-ticket

    My tickets link are good and work.

    my permalinks are
    common: post name
    product permalinks: shop base
