Hi,
Yet the url-parameter in the shortcode is static.
One way would be pass GET and POST Variables to the Url / plugin. Like {param} inside the shortcode-param.
This is a good option for future versions of the plugin.
You wrote that javascript gives you the url. As the json-import and parsing is done before executing javascript i do not see how to do this…

Hi Berkux — we just bought the pro version of your plugin and it is working quite well. I could not find an example of using a dynamic URL in the short code. I want to do this:
[jsoncontentimporterpro url=’http://aaa/?myid=”XXX” basenode=””]
where XXX is the value of a paramater passed from the current page.
Can we do something like this:
[jsoncontentimporterpro url=’http://aaa/” dynparam=”myid” basenode=””]
so that the value of “myid” gets appended as a parameter to the json feed URL?
I think this is what you meant by “dynamic parameter” but I can’t see how to make it work.

Hi Rod,
thank you for using my plugins.
“dynamic parameter” meant using {{param1}} in the Template-Text, where param1 is a shortcode-value.
The “dynparam” will be part of PRO version 2.0.4 and will be called “urlparam”.
2.0.4 will be online today or tomorrow.
