URL with % character

    Hi I’m trying to redirect a url with percentage character but it’s not working. Is there any way to redirect it?

    Here is the sample source /service-areas/%state%/vehicle-inspection-albury/ in which I would like to redirect to /service-areas/nsw/mechanic-albury/

    The source url is returning 400 Bad Request which I believe is due to the special character. The url was used in the external site that we don’t have control so I’m thinking if we could redirect it on our end instead of trying to manually update the external site.
