    instead of full url to share on twitter, it is this plugin have any setting for URL shortener?

    Yes. We got many “little” feature requests which in themselves could also be in the free plugins, but in their totality amount to significant work, so we decided to implement them in a premium plugin. The number of donations we got when we still ran the free model were very, very poor.
