[resolved] URL redirection not working and Leads not saving (4 posts)

I'm having two issues getting Landing Pages and Leads to work

I am using both Landing Pages and Leads. I have my landing page and form set up (using your form module) and I have it set to redirect to a "thank you" page.

When the submit button is pressed, the page reloads (instead of going to my redirect URL). Additionally, no lead/conversion is saved. Note: I have the setting set to allow administrator tracking. Additionally, I have tried it in other browsers where I'm not logged in as a user.

I don't see any JS errors. Where can I start troubleshooting?

Can you link to the page you are having the issue with?

You can submit this privately on our forums http://www.inboundnow.com/support/forum/landing-page/ if you want.

I am also getting an error when trying to submit a form in Firefox. It never submits or redirects.

The error reported is "TypeError: jQuery.cookie is not a function"

mrwebslinger it sounds like your webhost is blocking jquery.cookie.

Can you post a link to the page where the error is happening?
