URL Redirect

    I need a plugin that will re direct a user when they click on a register button at one site / URL to a registration form on a different site / URL.

    For example if the user clicks the register button at http://www.mysite.com it redirects them to the registration form at http://www.mynewsite.com. and gives a user a message:

    ” You will be redirected in 5 seconds to our newsite.”

    Will this plugin allow me to achieve this result.
