# URL Permissions??

 * I am trying to change my blog’s url
 * I have done all the necessary steps, and when I set up the host to point the 
   domain to my directory, I get the following errors:
 * Warning: main(./wp-blog-header.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Permission
   denied in /nfs/www/WWW_pages/lic/licshop/index.php on line 17
 * Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.
   php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php/lib/php/’) in /nfs/www/WWW_pages/lic/licshop/index.
   php on line 17
