URL Parameters Passed with Extra Question Mark

If the Destination page includes URL parameters and the Request page has URL parameters included, the resulting URL parameter query string will include 2 question marks in it thus breaking the very first URL parameter.

Example:
Request Page: /page/
Destination Page: http://www.yoursite.com/posts?id=100

http://www.mywebsite.com/page/?utm_campaign=test would redirect to http://www.yoursite.com/posts?id=100?id=100

Anyone have any solutions to this? Thanks
