    In general, both native/built-in original permalinks and custom permalinks rewritten by Permalink Manager use “Site Address (URL)” field.

    The “Site Address (URL)” setting is the address you want people to type in their browser to reach your WordPress blog.
    The “WordPress Address (URL)” setting is the address where your WordPress core files reside.

    To verify this, compare which domain is used for URLs when Permalink Manager is enabled or disabled.
