URL not consistent across pages

We have a directory listed in 2 places on this site, on the home page and also on another page: http://pwabc.qa.caorda.com/jobs-careers/job-postings/. The links on this second page work just fine – the links on the home page do not include the subdirectory in the URL so do not work. Any ideas?
