# Url navigation issue.

 * I am new to wordpress and I am stuck in a problem,related to link.
 * Let’s say I am in Home page of my website(www.mywebsite.com/home) .
 * Now I want to go to About us page and clicked the About us tab then it is showing
   error “page not found”.
 * I have checked and found that URL is not working properly after clicking About
   us tab URL should be “www.mywebsite.com/about” but URL is showing “www.mywebsite.
   com/home/www.mywebsite.com/about”.
    Means url adding one after another.
 * I would like to add one more thing here if I navigate manually and type “www.
   mywebsite.com/about” in URL then I am able to navigate to about page.

 * > URL should be “www.mywebsite.com/about” but URL is showing “www.mywebsite.com/
   > home/www.mywebsite.com/about”.
 * You can set the “permalink” for pages in the page-editor. It’s called a “slug”
   and you set it right below the title field where you edit/create your pages in
   the dashboard. In other words, on the edit screen, right below where you enter
   the title for the post or page, is the permalink for that page.
