The “es” redirect is to keep the English version of our site from using a subdirectory or subdomain (we use a translator for allowing a Spanish version of the site).
The “main” redirect is because our site started in a subdirectory and there are still some links out in the ether for it according to the hit counter.
Until the latest update of Rank Math, these worked without issue.
I do use other redirects, such as for erroring out phishing attempts and for correcting PayPal’s IPN. They seem to work fine.

or /main/
in it to the homepage?

No need for the /es/ redirection. The translate plugin made subfolders a premium option.
Yes, the site was originally in the /main/ subfolder. It was moved some time ago to the root. I had redirection set up in a different plugin before moving to Rank Math for our SEO go-to. Redirection using what you see in the screenshot has worked up until the recent update.
