    Hello,
This is my first post. I have exhausted myself combing the internet for solutions and can’t find anything at this time.

Problem: When I load a JPG media the URL becomes “http://WebsiteName.Com/?attachment_id=”. It use to be http://WebsiteName.Com/Photo-Name/. JPG are photos of people and I want to give them a URL relevant to their Photo Name rather than an attachment ID. This use to work I’m not sure what happened. I still see some of my old JPG with the correct “Permalink:” but any new media loaded will get the attachment ID URL.

Here is what I have done so far and some info on the site.
    -Wordpress 3.9.1
-I tried updating all plugins (did not solve problem)
-I tried deactivating all plugins (did not solve problem).

I’m assuming this is a setting somewhere that I overlooked.

    Thank you in advance.
