 * The example “Table from CSV file” that is given in the documentation does not
   work for us :
    `[table file="example.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/pricelist.csv"][/
   table]`
 * It seems necessary to use the http:// :
    `[table file="http://example.com/blog/
   wp-content/uploads/pricelist.csv"][/table]`
 * Since we have a prod and test environment, it would be nice to be able to use
   relative URL :
    `[table file="/wp-content/uploads/pricelist.csv"][/table]`
