URL BLocked

I have a URL linking to a Coppermine photo gallery that was working fine and now all users are blocked when trying to access the URL and are listed as probing, I just can’t figure out why this URL is all of a sudden blocked, it must have been after the last update.

I would very much appreciate a way around this after testing out many security plugins I am sold on this except for a few things I still do not get. Also since last update Google bot, MSN all showing up constantly as Probing for vulnerable PHP code.
