 * How in the URL to point to a page in my website (new to wordpress). So it can
   work on local host as well as uploaded.

 * Sorry, I didn’t see your post. You can only enter absolute URLs for countries.
   Most links in WordPress are absolute, so if you upload your site from a local
   development environment to a production server, you will need some mechanism 
   to change the domain anyway. There are plugins like “Better Search Replace” for
   that.
