   will… /events/name of event/

 * Hey [@mtporter](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mtporter/),
 * Can you share a link to the site where this is happening?
 * Depending on how your templates header image is added on your site, this may
   require some custom coding to implement – the main events page is a bit of a
   weird thing, since it’s more of a “feed” page than a _real_ page.
 * If that doesn’t make much sense, then either way getting the header image to
   work will likely require making custom versions of some of the main plugin template
   files – these are all found in the _/views_ folder of The Events Calendar plugin
   files, and you can customize these quite easily by copying that whole folder
   into your theme and renaming it in your theme to _/tribe-events_.
 * Then, you can place custom PHP code to call that header image in the header of
   whatever event views are currently failing to show it, and it should help.
 * To learn more about this customization process, check out our official Themer’s
   Guide here → [https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/)
 * Thanks!
    George

 * I didn’t want to ‘advertise’ thus is why I didn’t put URL in first post.
 * The URL is [http://www.cheoknox.org/wp](http://www.cheoknox.org/wp) –> which
   when complete will replace what’s on the root.
 * I do believe as well the client is interested in the Pro version.

 * Hi mtporter,
 * Have you tried changing the default template setting in **Events → Settings →
   Display**? You may find a switch from the default events template to the default
   page template solves this.
 * If that doesn’t work then – as George highlighted – some customization work may
   be required, whether that is accomplished by overriding and modifying our templates
   or those of your theme.
 * I hope that helps!

 * Yes, I have done the above. It isn’t a big deal but may be something to do one
   day soon

 * Hello,
 * If changing the default template did not help then it maybe the only way to get
   this is by editing the templates following our themer’s guide.
 * Cheers
