Urgently need a WP expert for one fix and perhaps web master

I am looking for a WordPress genius who can fix one graphics problem on my newly-redesigned site at audaud.com Am willing to pay most anything reasonable and afterwards that person might become my new site web master. The redesigner of the site has cut off all communication and I am stuck. Have tried three different supposed WP experts and they couldn’t fix it. [Redacted] It is basically removing a WP command which changes all graphics input to a 2.5” square, cutting off the top and bottom, and in some cases making circles instead of squares. I’ve been told I should just select a different theme that doesn’t have that, but I like the theme I have now. I am not a programmer. This is urgent.
