Urgent….Fatal Error Message

    Hello, i’ve never used word press before. Our web udpator quit on us and now i’m getting this error message. Please HELP. I have no clue how to fix or get back to the dashboard. If someone can call me i really need help.[Personal info removed]

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and re-upload the gravityforms plugin to wp-content/plugins/gravityforms

    What if I don’t have any of those forms. The person who was doing our website quit and now i’m lost and know what to do. Please advise on what I should do.

    GravityForms is a commercial Plugin. Have you consulted the developer for support?

    Okay, i’ve never ever worked with updating websites. My apologies for being so unfamiliar to this lingo. I will try to go to the hosting website first and re-upload the gravity forms plugin to wp-content/plugins/gravityforms, correct? Thanks I will see if I can find this area on the host site.

    The developer quit on us and she will not call us back. I’m sorry that is why I’m so confused right now.

    You need to consult the GravityForms Plugin Developer for support, not the developer you hired to build your site.
