Hello,

I am facing following error on google search console: “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.”
I am using the site map created by yoast plugin on the following website: https://rawnationwholefoods.com.au/
URL of the sitemap is: https://rawnationwholefoods.com.au/sitemap_index.xml
Request you please look into this and suggest a solution. Thank you in advanced.

The error you receive on your sitemap can be caused by a number of issues, including the submitted URL or that the sitemap page is being redirected. We also have additional information on the error that your sitemap is not in the correct format and is an HTML file at the following link: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/why-is-google-saying-my-xml-video-sitemap-is-an-html-file
