Shpping Classes and Categories

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to figure out how to achieve this. I really need someone to guide me

Here is it

All items in Baby Gifts section (Categories): $8.95 for orders below $100, free for orders over $100. Only applies to orders shipped to the same address

Hampers Section (Categories):
Small hampers, bouquet hampers, cupcake hampers: $10 each (All Australian States)
Large, Medium, Special hampers: $19.99 each(All Australian states, except VIC)
Large, Medium, Special hampers: $12 each (VIC state only)

Hampers will not have combined shipping rates as all are shipped individually. Also, items from hampers and baby gifts sections cannot be combined together for shipping. So if a customer buys $50 worth of baby gifts and $60 worth of hampers to the same address, he will still need to pay separate shipping fees, even though the total order is over $100.
