   public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Minify_Plugin_Admin.php. Error 
   message: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement or
   after any declare call in the script
 * Please help me!

 * I am sorry about the issue you are having and I am happy to assist you with this.
   
   It appears that the `Minify_Plugin_Admin.php` file got corrupted. Possibly during
   the update. You should download the plugin from [here](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/w3-total-cache.0.13.1.zip)
   and replace the mentioned file. Thank you!
