    Hello,

    I am having problems that I saw in forums some people encountered in past … when smart buttons are enabled, when I choose paypal payment method in checkout, the Place order simply disappear and I see in code that the paypal button is display:hidden

    please make an update or help me fix this

    What you’re seeing is the default and expected behavior when PayPal Checkout is selected. The Place Order button disappears because PayPal Checkout does not show credit card fields directly on the site, and as a result users need to click the Pay with PayPal button as seen here: https://d.pr/i/K5R4uX

    After clicking the Pay with PayPal button, users would see a popup window through which they can login and then pay. Please see screenshot of the popup on your site here: https://d.pr/i/u1C9pT

    I hope this helps clarify the behavior of Place Order button.

    Then I simply don’t see this https://ibb.co/mGTfhdq and it is not hidden, its not in source code at all

    Hi @drachires ,

    The issue is strange, I checked your site now and I see what you mean. The Pay with PayPal button which I was seeing earlier was not available for me anymore.

    On further checked, I see that there’s a 403 error on your checkout page – https://d.pr/i/qxxTqh which is likely the cause of the issue.

    I could not replicate the same on my test site however with WooCommerce, PayPal Checkout and the [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) theme active. I suspect the issue is due to a conflict from one of the plugins or theme.

    This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommercePayPal Checkout.. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by refreshing the checout page and checking PayPal Checkout option.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
