Unless you have a backup that you can restore from, downgrading that far is an immensely difficult (if not impossible) process, which is why backing up before upgrading is strongly recommended both in the upgrade instructions and automatic upgrade interface.
It would be better to solve your current problem. Is there a name for this “standard xml feed plugin”? Perhaps we can find an alternative for you.

Oh, good. Many alternatives have been released since that one premiered. Try this one:

No , only this one allows me to customize name mysite.custome.xml
i am note sure any other one allows me to do that and customize my feed

It’s just an XML sitemap used for search engine indexing. It’s not a feed and doesn’t need a custom name.
If you still want a custom filename, the plugin that I recommended allows you to change the sitemap’s filename under “Location of your sitemap file” in the plugin’s settings.
WordPress 2.6 is currently full of publicly known security exploits, so don’t let that one plugin hold you back.
