Urgent Help with Bloom theme!

    Hi guys

    Im using WordPress 2.8.2 and i installed the Bloom Theme from a purchase a while back but the settings for the admin options arent appearing despite me uploaded all of the themes files and theres nothing in the read me?

    Help!
