Urgent help need!!!

I want to add a system that user can track the contact form information.

Suppose here is a normal contact form: http://liveshopbd.com/contact-us-3/
When user will be logged in and contact by filling the details as normal, generally admin can view the contact forms and contact details from admin panel. It’s easy. But I want to enable a system, there will be an option under my account, for example “my contacts”, in this page, user will be able to see the contact details of contacts he done before…

So is there any options or any other plug ins or system I can do that?
