1-login to your server via FTP using Filezilla or equivalent software.
2-once on your root directory point to wp-content/plugin/AG admin

    Try one of the following

a- Set Permissions for AG Admin directory to low level, (read only)
then refresh your browser and see if you have access now
b- delete the all AG Admin directory, refresh the browser

If you delete the directory once logged in again you can install the plugin one more time and the only thing needed is to reconfigure.

For peace of mind you should export your setting from the advance settings. (once you are 100% sure they are the right one).

Also there should be a Panic link that allows you login in emergency cases like yours.

    Good luck
