• Hi, hope you’re well.
    I’m having an issue with troubleshooting the GTM Plugin..the tracking code for my site is installed on the plugin correctly, but I don’t know why it wouldn’t be working..all the tags that are on my container don’t work so I know it’s a plugin issue and not a tag issue. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin also.

    Here’s the GTM code:

    <script data-cfasync=”false” type=”text/javascript”>

    var gtm4wp_datalayer_name = “dataLayer”;

    var dataLayer = dataLayer || [];

    dataLayer.push({“pagePostType”:”frontpage”,”pagePostType2″:”single-page”,”pagePostAuthor”:”Alex Cruz”});

    </script>

    <script data-cfasync=”false”>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({‘gtm.start’:

    new Date().getTime(),event:’gtm.js’});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],

    j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!=’dataLayer’?’&l=’+l:”;j.async=true;j.src=

    ‘//www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.’+’js?id=’+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);

    <!– Google Tag Manager (noscript) –>

    <noscript><iframe src=”//www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-NQVDQTX”

    height=”0″ width=”0″ style=”display:none;visibility:hidden”></iframe></noscript>

    <!– End Google Tag Manager (noscript) –>

    Thanks so much!

    Your GTM container contains a Facebook pixel with the ID 178116262755817.
    What I can see is that this pixel is loading properly.

    Another Custom HTML tag loads this script:
    https://d10lpsik1i8c69.cloudfront.net/w.js
    In my browser, this is loaded correctly as well.

    I can also see a useproof.com tracking code in your GTM container.
    The script seems to me loading correctly too, I do not know how this would alter your site to see whether it has been activated as expected?

    I do not see any Google Analytics tag in your GTM, you are using a separate GA plugin, this is where you Analytics tracking is currently managed.

    Hey, I want to give you our WordPress Login so you can take a look at the plugin, Tomi.
    The custom HTML code is for Lucky Orange, a software that tracks specific users through “recordings”. After installing the GTM, we haven’t been getting any recordings at all (because it isn’t working). So I had to put the LO script back into the Tracking Code Manager just so we woudn’t lose data. Let me try deactivating that just for a few hours so you can see why the GTM plugin isn’t working without that interfering.

    I am sorry but I am not able to edit or remove this thread.
    Own posts can be edited but maybe only for a short period of time.

    I contacted forum moderators to help with the removal.
