Hi @wealthy ,
You came to the right place, I’m happy to help you resolve that.
What I’ll need from you are the PHP error logs. If you don’t know how to get error logs, you can use the Fatal Error Notify plugin, but after activating it you’ll have to trigger the error again to see it. Every so often that doesn’t work, so you can ask your host where to find the PHP error logs on the server, then copy/paste the relevant error in your reply.
Moreover, please send along your System Info.
Navigate to Donations → Tools → System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
That will give me some more context to be able to help.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
I’m always happy to help!
Hi @wealthy,
This is a conflict between GiveWP and the WP Activity Log plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Our team is going to look into it but it seems like an issue with that plugin so in the meantime, I recommend that you disable WP Security Log.
Thanks Rick Alday (@mrdaro)
That seemed to fix it. Thanks for the update. Please let us know when that fix has been done.
Having the same issue, thanks for the workaround. Please notify when fixed.
Hi folks,
WP Activity Log released a new update which addresses this issue. You can update the plugins to the latest versions to resolve this.
You can view their changelog in here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/#developers.
With that said, I’m marking this one as resolved.
Thank you for using GiveWP!
Have a wonderful day.
Thankyou. Have updated both, tested and site stay up.
Thanks for the support
