URGENT! Dropdown Menu Broken in Explorer and Firefox

    I believe this is a simple fix but i can NOT figure it out! My menu is stacking vertical instead of horizontal, its background is floating to the top of the page and my slider is floating up and hiding behind the header background. Its a mess. It displays beautifully in chrome and safari but not in Firefox and Explorer. Please Help!
