URGENT – Can’t reorder images

    As of a few days ago, we were able to add images to the Media tab in the individual properties, re-order them, and they would re-order properly on the pages of the individual property listings to whatever we set them to. Now, no matter how we re-arrange them, they won’t change on the property pages. Any idea how to fix this?

    I went into an old property that I rearranged the images on with success, tried rearranging, and it no longer works there, either.

    Hello.

    What was changed on your site? Try to disable third-party plugins to investigate the issue.

    I disabled all plugins that weren’t WP Property related, still no luck. Images are still loading in incorrect order.

    All that changed were some plugin updates / WP update. Unfortunately, I cannot restore to a couple weeks ago, as my client will lose all new listings.

    Default gallery order is menu_order. This is how I want them to load. I even added orderby=”menu_order” into the shortcode, with no luck. The weird thing – when adding the gallery shortcode into the listing, still in the backend, the images load in the correct order in the visual editor. It’s when live on the site that they are incorrect.

    Check that you have the latest version of the add-on.

    The only add-on I’m using is Agents and it’s up to date. All plugins and WP are up to date.

    So you are not using any Slideshow add-on? What version of WP-Property do you have?

    No, I’m not. I’m loading the images into the Media tab under Property Details and trying to rearrange there. It was working previously.

    WP-Property is Version 2.3.8.

    I’m using an unassociated plugin called Galleria ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/galleria/ ) – I realize it hasn’t been updated in awhile and thought it may be causing the issue, but I still have the problem with this plugin disabled and images just loading as a gallery on the page, so it’s not this plugin causing the issue.

    Unfortunately, I can’t replicate that issue. Try to use our Slideshow add-ons. They are free.
