this is an urgent matter for me, and i would like to fix this as soon as possible. i did run a search, but couldn't find anything on it. but that could be due to the fact that i don't even know what the problem is.

    my site is:

    http://www.kikthinking.com

if you click the next page link on the bottom, all that shows up is:

Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.

the same happens for monthly archive.

i've recently activated the permalink feature. would that be the problem? please let me know as soon as possible.

p.s. let me know what you think about the site! my first blog design.

not sure, but I think it could have something to do with you using categories in the permalink structure. try to disable permalinks and see if it works.

from what I've read on the boards, the %category% option is pretty finicky and doesn't like to work a lot of times. best option is to try without the %category% tag.

I saw something on another thread a few days ago. Somebody "discovered" that when changing the permalink structure WP does not delete the previous stuff from the .htaccess file, just adds to it. So, I guess, totally new permalink structure would mean to have a 'virgin' .htaccess file and make WP to write the new rules...
